SHAS Science Fair explores the human body. New photos just added.
Parent, grandparents, teachers and friends gathered for the annual SHAS Science Fair, which focused on various aspects of the human body. The fifth and sixth graders' projects covered such topics as which types of prosthetic devices work best, the accuracy of eye witness memory, which liquids cause the greatest tooth decay, the effects of smoking and asthma on lungs, and how to extract DNA from a human cheek cell, among others.
