Sixth graders visit author Norton Juster at his home in Amherst, MA

SHAS sixth graders traveled to Amherst, MA, to meet Norton Juster, author of 13 books including The Phantom Tollbooth, which they recently finished reading. Juster invited the sixth grade class to his home to answer questions about his inspiration for writing and to discuss the various characters in the book. Following the visit, the sixth graders went to the Eric Carle Museum.
