The mission of the SHAS PTO is to support the school and the teachers. The PTO provides social opportunities for parents and runs fundraisers throughout the year. Highlights include: special events such as our Parents’ Night Out, holiday programming, beginning and end-of-year celebrations, and teacher & staff appreciation gifts.

These events provide SHAS with funds to enhance holiday/ritual celebrations for our children as well as special classroom enrichment programs.

The PTO also provides support for the needs of our faculty by providing thoughtful holiday gifts and special monthly snacks and meals when teachers are working longer than a regular school day.
